  • When returning library books...

Please make sure that when you return books to the Katonah Village Library, they are not KES Library books. Some of our books have been returned to the Village Library by mistake.  We appreciate your help in making sure all books are returned where they belong so children can enjoy them!

K-2 Coding in the Library!

Computer Science Education Week December 4 - 10

This week is Computer Science education Week. For the next two weeks, students in grades K-5 will be participating in Hour of Code activities in the Library.

The Hour of Code started as a one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to demystify "code", to show that anybody can learn the basics, and to broaden participation in the field of computer science.

Here at KES we will be doing fun and age appropriate activities to show that coding can be powerful and fun!
